Common Questions
Answers to the most frequent questions from job seekers working with Agile.
Qualified candidates who complete paperwork and any required screening quickly can often start within 48 hours. It depends on the role, the employer's timeline, and how fast you respond to requests from your recruiter.
Agile places workers in manufacturing, production, warehouse, and light industrial roles across New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Common positions include assembly workers, machine operators, forklift operators, quality control, shipping and receiving, and general labor.
Not always. Many of our employer partners hire entry-level workers with no manufacturing background. We do have roles that require specific certifications or experience. Your recruiter will match you to the right opportunities based on your actual background.
Bring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID), your Social Security card or other work authorization documentation, and any relevant certifications. If you have a resume, bring a copy — but your recruiter can also build your profile for you.
In a temp-to-hire placement, you start as a temporary Agile employee working at the client site. After a defined evaluation period — typically 60 to 90 days — the employer decides whether to offer you a permanent direct hire position. Strong attendance and performance are the key factors.
Agile continuously receives new openings from employer partners. New roles come in throughout the week. If you do not see the right fit right now, contact us — we may have unlisted openings that match your skills and availability.
