Your first paycheck is issued the Friday following your first complete work week. Direct deposit typically posts by 12:00 PM. If you have not set up direct deposit, contact Agile before your first week ends.
Contact Agile immediately by phone or email. Provide your name, assignment, and the specific hours or pay in question. We will review and resolve the issue with the next available payroll cycle or issue a correction.
Call both your on-site supervisor and Agile at least 2 hours before your scheduled shift start. Do not rely solely on texting — call both contacts. Repeated absences without notice may affect your assignment status.
Yes. Contact Agile to discuss your current situation and available options. We match employees to roles based on skills, availability, and location. Transfer requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Contact Agile as soon as you know your assignment is ending. We will work to place you on a new assignment. The sooner you notify us, the faster we can find your next role. Employees who stay in contact are placed faster.
W-2 forms are mailed to the address on file by January 31 each year. If you have not received yours by mid-February, contact Agile to verify your address and request a reissue.
