  Agile is looking for a Wire and Cable Extrusion Operator in Hooksett NH

This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity, paying $16.50-$19 DOE per hour based on experience.

What you will be going:

1. Set up and run extrusion line for primary extrusion and jacket extrusion.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting when product is out of spec to return product within acceptable limits.
3. Perform quality checks to ensure product meets customer and listing requirements.
4. Maintain clean and safe work area.
5. Complete paperwork and reel tags accurately.
6. Prepare for upcoming jobs to ensure paperwork, tooling and materials are available at completion of the current job.
7. Other duties as assigned.

What we require from you:

1. Candidates should have at least 2 years of extrusion experience in wire and cable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
4. Ability to read and follow work instructions.
5. Reliable and able to work independently.
6. Must be flexible with work tasks.

Type of person desired:  Independent and self motivated to complete assigned tasks on a daily basis.  Experienced operator able to cross train on other extrusion lines and run various types of wire and cable products.  Willing to work overtime to cover periods of high customer demand and also to cover when other operators are absent.

• Would add $1 or $2 to that once they completed training and came on as a permanent employee.
