Requirements

• Work experience – 2 years’ past proficiency in a manufacturing operator.
• Must demonstrate leadership abilities and effectively manage a team.
• Possess the ability to understand and operate molding machine controls.
• Must possess knowledge of materials, methods and practices commonly used in the manufacture of plastics.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for training Manufacturing Operators.
• May be required to perform the duties of a Manufacturing Operator, Material Handler if necessary.
• Attend and/or hold training meetings and/ or informational meetings.
• Submit parts to the Quality Department for approval.
• Follow Good Documentation Processes.

 All Employees who are offered and accept this position will be required to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
