Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

• Computer experience required (word, excel, spreadsheets)

• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records

• Ability to stay focused, organized, and flexible are required

ResponsIbilities:

• Inbound calls, email and fax management

• Manage sales and repair order processing, from entry to follow up to issue resolution, including customer contact

• Asset Management Processing and reporting

• Complete responsibility for small volume accounts and web-store sales

• Business development, including lead generation and lead list distribution
